These terms govern your use of the ViDi Pools website (www.vidipools.com) and your visits to our venue at Plot 1A Amadi Avenue, Mercyland Estate, Ayobo Ipaja, Lagos State, Nigeria. By making a reservation, purchasing a membership, or visiting the venue, you accept these terms.

1. Reservations

Table reservations are confirmed by phone, WhatsApp, or email. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive our confirmation.
Reserved tables are held for fifteen minutes past the booked time, after which they may be released.
Standard table reservations may be cancelled or moved free of charge up to four hours before the booked time.
VIP lounge and private event bookings follow the cancellation terms stated in their booking confirmation; unless stated otherwise, deposits are refundable in full with 48 hours' notice.

2. Admission & House Rules

ViDi Pools is an 18+ venue after 6 pm. Photo identification may be requested.
The dress code is smart casual after 6 pm. Management reserves the right of admission.
Guests must treat staff, other guests, tables, and equipment with respect. Deliberate damage to cloth, cues, or equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
No outside food or drink may be brought onto the premises.
Gambling on the premises is not permitted.
The floor team's decision on table allocation, timing, and disputes during play is final.
Management may ask any guest whose behaviour disrupts the room to leave, without refund of table time already used.

3. Membership

Memberships (The Rail, The Wine Room, The House Card) are personal and non-transferable.
Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable once a billing month has begun.
Members may cancel with effect from the next billing date by written notice to info@vidipools.com.
Benefits, allocations, and pricing may be revised with thirty days' written notice to members.
Serious or repeated breaches of house rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

4. Bottle Keep

Bottles held in the keep remain the member's property, are stored for up to six months from last visit, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Bottles unclaimed after six months and one written reminder may be disposed of.

5. Website Use

Content on this website — text, design, graphics, and branding — belongs to ViDi Pools and may not be reproduced without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to transmit harmful code.
Information on the website, including prices and hours, may change; the venue's confirmation is authoritative for any booking.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the venue safe. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViDi Pools is not liable for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from a visit or booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. Events & Buyouts

Private event bookings are governed by an event agreement issued with the booking confirmation, which prevails over these terms where they differ. Final guest numbers, menus, and schedules must be confirmed no later than five days before the event.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
